Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in the year 1962. She is a famous American actor. Sheedy first made an appearance as an actor in Bad Boys in 1983. Since then, she has appeared in WarGames from 1985. She also appeared in The Breakfast Club in 1986, and Short Circuit in 1986. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy's is both an American actor and a writer. She began her career in film beginning in the early 1980s, with the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of applause. The film of Rick Rosenthal also featured Sean Penn as well as Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. Following her success in her first film, she later appeared in the 1985 comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is regarded as being among the the best high school films. Even though the budget was $1 million its earnings crossed the mark of $50 million. Also, she began to appear on a number of television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. It was a program specifically for teens that began airing in April of 1980. Other TV shows she appeared in are Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Her most recent appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story that revolves around a female superhero, in which Sheedy appears in a cameo. Her incredible performances have earned numerous accolades like her MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
